Account and registration

No. Each person may open and maintain only one account on molektoto. If you open multiple accounts using the same email, phone number, government ID, or proof of address, we will close all but the first account and forfeit any balance. Duplicate accounts violate our terms and may result in account suspension. If you've forgotten your password, use the password recovery option on the login page rather than opening a new account. If you need help recovering an existing account, contact our support team.

Opening a molektoto account takes three steps. First, visit the registration page on our website or mobile app and enter your username, email, password, and phone number. Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Third, complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading a government-issued ID and proof of address. KYC verification typically completes within 1-2 business days.
